At Wisconsin Lutheran College, of which Simon heads the Theatre Department and is artistic director of WLC Theatre, Simon not only completed a year's long review of the Theatre Program, but he also reconfigured both he academic programming and the season programming. Both have paid dividends. Not only have class enrollments increased across all theatre courses, every production averaged over 100 patrons per show, including a few sell-outs over the season.
